HH Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud held a phone call Tuesday with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
During the call, the importance of the bilateral strategic relations and aspects of the partnership was emphasized, in addition to joint coordination efforts, to enhance bilateral cooperation relations in various fields, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The Saudi Crown Prince expressed his country’s appreciation for the Chinese initiative to support efforts to develop good neighborly relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran.
In turn, the Chinese president praised the Saudi role in strengthening and developing China’s relations with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the countries of the Middle East region.
