Baghdad - The Zionist army announced, today, Tuesday, its refusal to allow fuel trucks to enter the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation quoted Daniel Hagari, Spokesman for the Israeli army, as saying that his country refuses to allow fuel trucks to enter the Gaza Strip from the Rafah crossing, under the pretext that the Hamas movement uses it in its military infrastructure.
In a related context, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) called on the Security Council to immediately stop the aggression against the Palestinian people and provide them with urgent international protection.
The Palestinian Wafa News Agency quoted Abbas as calling for holding an international peace conference and moving to a political solution instead of military and security solutions, by implementing the two-state solution in accordance with international legitimacy.
