Quneitra: An Israeli occupation force conducted a new incursion into southern Quneitra countryside in southern Syria on Saturday. An occupation force consisting of five military vehicles departed from Tal Al Ahmar Al Gharbi and moved towards the village of Ayn Al Ziwan in southern Quneitra, setting up a checkpoint at the western entrance of the village on the road linking Ayn Al Ziwan and the village of Kudna, the Syrian Arab News Agency reported.
According to Qatar News Agency, earlier at dawn today, Israeli forces had conducted incursions into the villages of Ayn Al Qadi and Bariqa in southern Quneitra. The Israeli occupation continues its repeated violations in southern Syria, in breach of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement and relevant UN Security Council resolutions.
This comes amid Syria's calls on the international community to fulfill its responsibilities and deter the occupation's actions.
