Sadr al yusufiyah: Iraq recorded on Sunday about 100 cases of food poisoning in Sadr Al Yusufiyah, south of Baghdad. The Iraqi Ministry of Health explained that health facilities received about 100 cases of food poisoning, most of them being children.
According to Qatar News Agency, Saif Al Badr, the spokesperson of the Ministry, stated that no deaths were recorded and that the proper procedures were undertaken for all cases. Most of the affected individuals left the hospitals after their health conditions went back to normal following treatment.
Al Badr explained that the food that caused the cases was due to meals that were delivered to people in the town.
