Ramallah: The Ministry of Culture organized its second outdoor camp for girls today at its headquarters. This initiative is part of the center's efforts to strengthen national identity and instill authentic values in young people by offering a well-rounded educational and recreational experience.
According to Qatar News Agency, Head of the Girls' Section at the Nomas Center Maryam Ahmed Al Dosari affirmed that this camp builds upon the success of the first experience held at Al Wakrah Center, noting that the center's green space was equipped with traditional tents and structures, creating an atmosphere that reflects desert life and its distinctive details.
Al Dosari explained that the camp attracted approximately 60 participants and included a variety of interactive workshops and activities that reflect the richness of Qatari heritage. These included a traditional kitchen corner, a workshop on Qatari hospitality, workshops specializing in "Sadu" weaving, as well as displays of traditional clothing and games.
