Moscow: Ukraine has allegedly launched a drone attack on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Novgorod Region, as stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Lavrov noted that Russian air defenses successfully destroyed all 91 long-range drones used in the attack.
According to Qatar News Agency, Lavrov emphasized that there were no reports of casualties or damage caused by the drone debris. However, he asserted that such actions by Ukraine will not go unanswered.
Lavrov also remarked on the implications of the attack, suggesting that Russia might reconsider its negotiating position due to what he described as the complete deterioration of the Ukrainian regime. He highlighted that this incident occurred amid ongoing intensive negotiations between Russia and the United States aimed at resolving the conflict.
