Doha: The Syrian Arab Republic expressed its strong condemnation of the Israeli aggression that targeted the Qatari capital, Doha, and terrorized peaceful civilians while threatening the security and safety of the population.
According to Qatar News Agency, a statement by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that Syria deems this assault an egregious breach of international law and the sovereignty of the sisterly State of Qatar, as well as a dangerous escalation that would undermine security and stability in the region, reflecting the Israeli occupation's repeated disregard for international laws and norms.
While reaffirming its full solidarity with the State of Qatar, its leadership, government, and people, the Syrian Arab Republic underscores the necessity for the international community to adopt a clear and resolute stance toward such aggressive practices that imperil regional and global peace and security.
