Doha: The riders of the Qatari equestrian team, during their participation in the Longines Global Champions Tour for Young Riders jumping competition, held in Valkenswaard, the Netherlands, achieved extraordinary results in a variety of categories amid intense competition from elite international riders.
According to Qatar News Agency, in the CSI2 – 125 cm category, rider Saad Al Qahtani achieved an incredible result, placing him in the competition’s leading positions. Meanwhile, in the juniors’135 cm category, the Qatari team was represented by rider Haya Khalid Al Hetmi, delivering a strong and commendable performance.
Rider Sultan Salem Al Nuaimi also participated in the youth category at 135 cm, achieving an advanced position. In the juniors’ category at 120 cm, riders Suhaim Hamad Al Yafi and Mohammed bin Jassim Al-Thani stood out, with Suhaim Hamad Al Yafi shining in the CSI2* 115 cm contest.
These results reflect how incredibly the Qatari equestrian scene is evolving, along with the remarkable progress of the Qatari riders in global tournaments amid constant support and colossal efforts being marshalled to reach the global coronation platforms.
