Nineveh Education Directorate has begun the reconstruction of the second batch of schools destroyed during the military operations.
Aysir Omar, responsible for the reconstruction of schools, told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The engineering cadres in the School Buildings Department, in cooperation with the engineering teams in the Nineveh Municipalities Directorate, have begun the reconstruction of 27 destroyed schools distributed throughout the administrative units."
Omar added: "There are other batches that will be implemented as required by the Prime Minister, Muhammad al-Sudani, to advance the educational reality throughout Nineveh Governorate."
