The conference is considered a field training project and an application of the concept of student leadership, where a student committee was formed to organize the conference headed by student Hanan Al-Ayla, and it consists of students from the Educational Leadership Program, and they are: Jawaher Al-Muftah (Vice President), Shaima Al-Hassan, Hanan Abdel-Rahman, Areej Marei, and Asma Jamal (master of the ceremony), in addition to two students from the Curriculum and Teaching Program: Maryam Al-Baker and Mai Al-Jabri.
