Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index increased by 109.95 points, or 1.11%, at the start of Sunday's trading, reaching 10,030 points, supported by most sectors.
According to Qatar News Agency, the market data showed gains in Industrials (1.70%), Telecoms (1.18%), Banks and Financial Services (1.15%), Transport (0.69%), Consumer Goods and Services (0.49%), and Insurance (0.10%). The performance was negative for Real Estate, which saw a decrease of 0.11%.
At around 10:00 am, QSE recorded 4,161 transactions worth QR 57.438 million, involving 31.332 million shares.
