The publication highlighted Qatar's rapid response and extensive relief efforts since the onset of the Israeli aggression, underscoring the nation's leadership in providing aid and support.
According to Qatar News Agency, the editorial detailed how Doha has consistently reaffirmed its dedication to the Palestinian cause through continuous initiatives. These initiatives include providing essential resources such as food, medicine, shelter, health services, and development projects. The Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) plays a crucial role in these efforts, with teams working tirelessly to deliver aid despite challenging conditions.
The newspaper praised the QRCS for its central role in humanitarian work, emphasizing its moral and humanitarian duty towards the Gaza Strip's residents, who are enduring severe hardships, especially with the approaching winter. Furthermore, Al-Raya highlighted the QRCS's Warm Winter relief campaign for 2025-2026, which aims to provide heating and food supplies to over 317,000 beneficiaries in 11 countries, with a particular focus on the Gaza Strip.
