Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani affirmed: "The tripartite budget will solve the problems of citizens that they face at the end of each year."
Al-Sudani said in a press interview: "The origin of the tripartite budget came in accordance with Financial Management Law No. 6 of 2019."
He added: "Every year we reach the eleventh month, and the ministries are paralyzed due to the lack of a budget," indicating: "The state loses 6 months due to the lack of a budget.
