Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani engaged in a phone call with HE Minister of External Affairs of the Republic of India Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar. The discussion centered on enhancing bilateral cooperation and addressing regional tensions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the conversation between the two leaders focused on strengthening and expanding cooperation between Qatar and India. They also discussed the ongoing crisis between India and Pakistan and explored diplomatic avenues for resolution.
HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed Qatar’s concern regarding the escalation between India and Pakistan. He emphasized Qatar’s support for regional and international efforts to address the issues through dialogue and peaceful means.
