Doha: A Palestinian man has died from injuries sustained weeks ago in the Muwassi area of Khan Younis, located in the southern Gaza Strip.
According to Qatar News Agency, medical sources in Gaza reported that the man succumbed to wounds inflicted when Israeli occupation forces targeted his tent. This incident adds to the growing casualty figures since the recent ceasefire in Gaza.
Since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, the death toll in Gaza has increased to 387, with 1,018 others injured. The situation remains dire as the Gaza Ministry of Health reported that, since October 7, 2023, Israeli attacks on Gaza have resulted in 70,654 martyrs and 171,095 wounded, the majority of whom are women and children.
