Doha: Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Sweden Maria Malmer Stenergard stated that the Israeli strikes targeting residential premises of several Hamas leaders in the Qatari capital, Doha, on Tuesday constitute a violation of Qatar’s territorial integrity and international law.
According to Qatar News Agency, in a post on the X, Stenergard emphasized the need to avoid any escalation of violence in the region. She asserted that Sweden will continue to support all efforts to ensure the release of hostages, unhindered humanitarian access, and a ceasefire in Gaza.
