Doha: Libya's Akakus Oil Operations announced that it has achieved the highest daily crude oil production rate in July since 2014, with a production volume of approximately 332,056 barrels per day.
According to Qatar News Agency, the increase in production is attributed to successful drilling programs, well tie-ins, and efforts to enhance operational efficiency. The company manages the joint operating agreement for the El Sharara oil field, which involves Libya's National Oil Corporation and international partners including Spain's Repsol, France's TotalEnergies, Austria's OMV, and Norway's Equinor.
