Doha: The price of Kuwaiti oil dropped by USD 2.63 to USD 76.81 per barrel in Thursday's trading, compared to USD 79.44 per barrel in the previous session, according to figures released by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
According to Qatar News Agency, in global markets, Brent crude futures surged by USD 1.52 to settle at USD 75.25 per barrel. Meanwhile, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures increased by USD 1.58, reaching USD 71.92 per barrel.
