Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior Reports 10 Incidents of Falling Shrapnel from Defensive Actions

Kuwait city: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced that its Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) teams have responded to 10 reports of falling shrapnel resulting from defensive interception operations within the last 24 hours.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministry noted that the cumulative number of reports received since the onset of the aggression has reached 616. Brigadier General Nasser Bouslaib, who serves as the Director General of the General Department of Public Relations and Security Media and is the spokesperson for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior, confirmed that a single siren was activated in the past 24 hours. This brings the total number of sirens activated since the aggression began to 159.

Brigadier General Bouslaib highlighted that the establishment of security checkpoints, especially in crucial and commercial zones, is a part of the precautionary and organizational strategies. These measures are designed to maintain security, enhance public safety, and elevate the level of security readiness across various regions.
