Israeli Occupation Forces Arrest 2 Palestinians in Tulkarm, Northern West Bank

Tulkarm: Israeli occupation forces arrested two Palestinians and mistreated others in the Thanaba neighborhood of Tulkarm, in the northern West Bank.

According to Qatar News Agency, local sources reported that the occupation forces intensified their military measures in Thanaba, particularly in the area adjacent to the Tulkarm and Nur Shams refugee camps. They set up a military checkpoint on Nablus Street, which connects the two camps, stopping vehicles, searching passengers, and mistreating several of them. Meanwhile, the occupation seized several residential buildings, converting them into military outposts.

The sources added that Israeli forces deployed additional reinforcements to both camps, conducting foot patrols in their neighborhoods and alleys, raiding homes and vandalizing them.

Israeli forces have been carrying out their assault on Tulkarm and its refugee camp for the 41st consecutive day and on Nur Shams camp for the 28th day, amid ongoing military reinforcements and raids.
