Abu dhabi: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani departed from the capital, Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates. His departure marked the conclusion of his official visit to the sisterly nation.
According to Qatar News Agency, HH the Amir and his delegation were seen off by HH President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The farewell gathering also included HH Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, HH Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Adviser Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, and HH Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, along with several other esteemed Sheikhs and senior officials.
HH the Amir was accompanied on his visit by HH Personal Representative of HH the Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, and HE Chief of the Amiri Diwan Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi. The delegation also included a number of senior officials, reflecting the importance of the diplomatic engagement between the two nations.
