Winds inshore will be variable first, becomes Northwesterly-Northeasterly 03-13 KT, gusting to 2-5 KT at places daytime. Offshore, variable less than 03 KT at first becomes mainly Northeasterly-Northwesterly 03-12 KT. Sea state inshore will be 1-2 FT, while offshore will be 1-3 FT. Visibility inshore will be 4-9 kilometers, while offshore will be 6-9/3 kilometers or less at places later.
According to Qatar News Agency, the weather forecast for the day indicates a continuation of hazy conditions, particularly inshore, with temperatures expected to rise significantly during the daytime. The Department of Meteorology has advised that offshore areas will also experience initial haziness. The wind patterns are anticipated to shift from variable at first to predominantly Northwesterly-Northeasterly inshore and Northeasterly-Northwesterly offshore. The sea conditions will remain calm to moderate with slight variations in wave heights both inshore and offshore.
Residents and visitors are advised to be prepared for reduced visibility in certain areas, particularly offshore, as the day progresses. The Department of Meteorology also highlights that the visibility inshore will range between 4 to 9 kilometers, while offshore areas may experience visibility dropping to 3 kilometers or less later in the day.
