Gaza: The Ministry of Health in Gaza on Wednesday received 30 bodies of Palestinians as part of the prisoner swap deal between the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and the Israeli occupation.
According to Qatar News Agency, with this number, the total bodies received from the Israeli occupation surged to 195. The identities of 57 Palestinians have heretofore been confirmed by their relatives, with some bodies showing signs of torture and beatings, as well as handcuffing and blindfolding of the eyes, the ministry said in a statement.
The statement clarified that 54 bodies were buried today in the designated grave in the central governorate, who had not been either identified or traced. The receipt of these bodies is part of the ceasefire deal and the ending of the war on Gaza, which took effect on Oct. 10, 2025.
