Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 am on Friday will be humid becomes hazy to misty/foggy at places later, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of poor horizontal visibility at places later.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore conditions will be hazy at times, becoming misty to foggy later, with warnings of poor horizontal visibility. Inshore winds are expected to be northwesterly to northeasterly at speeds of 05 to 10 knots, shifting to variable and less than 05 knots by late night. Offshore winds will remain variable, mainly northeasterly, at speeds of 03 to 12 knots.
The sea state inshore is predicted to be 1 to 2 feet, while offshore conditions will have a sea state of 1 to 3 feet. Visibility inshore is expected to range between 04 to 09 kilometers, potentially dropping to 02 kilometers or less in certain areas later. Offshore visibility will range from 03 to 08 kilometers, possibly decreasing to 01 kilometer or less later.
