Offshore, it will be Northwesterly 05 - 15 KT Gusting to 28 KT at places at times.
Inshore, it will be Northwesterly 08 - 18 KT reaches 23 KT.
Visibility will be 04 to 8 kilometers / 3 kilometers or less at places at times.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet. Offshore will be 3 - 5 feet, rises to 7 feet.
