Doha: The Council of Ministers Secretariat General celebrated Qatar National Day during an event held on Tuesday for this auspicious occasion, through which the true meanings of loyalty, patriotism, and pride were embodied and deeply ingrained in the spirit of the people of Qatar.
According to Qatar News Agency, HE Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi and HE Cabinet Secretary-General Hamad bin Ahmed Al Muhannadi, alongside a host of high-ranking officials of the Secretariat General and its functionaries, attended the event.
Punctuated by national songs, the event featured a "Fareej" heritage inspired by Qatar's cultural and folk legacy, alongside a mini exhibition showcasing a collection of national ventures and initiatives for the functionaries, reflecting the nation's time-honored identity.
The participants recalled the legacies of Founder Sheikh Jassim bin Mohammed bin Thani and his role in laying the enduring foundations of the modern nation.
They expressed their pride in the meritorious milestones the nation has achieved through the path of comprehensive progress the State of Qatar is witnessing under the leadership of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.
The celebration was part of the Secretariat General's commitment to actively engaging in this national occasion and inspiring its supreme meanings in exerting further efforts for the nation, as well as in progress and upholding its honor.
