Meta Platforms announced today that WhatsApp will roll out apps for smart watches (Wear OS).
The app is compatible with smartwatches running Wear OS 3. It will allows users to send and receive text and voice messages from the smart watch on their wrist.
Apples watchOS does not currently have a standalone WhatsApp app.
