West Bank Sees 9 Martyrs, Hundreds of Injuries in Confrontations with Israeli Occupation

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced today the martyrdom of nine Palestinians, including a child, and the injury of dozens, including severe cases, during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces. These confrontations occurred as peaceful popular marches took place in various West Bank governorates in protest of the comprehensive aggression against the Palestinian people in the West Bank and Gaza.

The Palestinian news agency reported that three Palestinians were martyred, and two others were injured during confrontations with occupation forces in the west of Tulkarm.

In the same context, a 14 years-old was shot in the head during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces East of Nablus.

In Hebron, a Palestinian youth was martyred after being shot with live ammunition during clashes in the center of Hebron, while another young man was martyred, succumbing to critical wounds he sustained from live Israeli occupation gunfire in the abdomen in the town of Beit Ula.

In Bethlehem, a young man died from his injuries after being shot in the head by Israeli occupation forces.

With the nine martyrs today, the total number of martyrs in the West Bank rose to 44 martyrs since last Saturday.
