New york: Major US stock indices closed mixed on Wall Street on Tuesday. The S and P 500 fell 16.42 points, or 0.24%, to close at 6,800.09 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Nasdaq Composite rose 54.05 points, or 0.23%, to end the session at 23,111.46 points. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 302.67 points, or 0.63%, to finish trading at 48,113.89 points.
