US Stocks Close Higher on Wall Street

New york: Major US stock indices closed higher at the end of trading today on Wall Street. According to Qatar News Agency, the S and P 500 index rose 0.32 percent, closing at 6,501.86 points. The Nasdaq Composite Index also experienced an increase, rising 0.53 percent to 21,705.16 points. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.16 percent to close at 45,636.90 points.
