The Ukrainian forces have lost nearly 1,000 troops last April, along with dozens of aircraft and Unmanned surface vehicles due to the ongoing military operations, said Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu during a board meeting with the Russian army commanders.
Shoigu added that the Ukrainian forces lost over 111,000 soldiers in 2024, as well as 21,000 weapons and military equipment, pointing out that the Russian army has seized control over 547 square kilometers of land during the past two weeks.
