Abu dhabi: HH President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, discussed the regional developments in the wake of the military escalation and its implications on the region's security and stability in a telephone call with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
According to Qatar News Agency, Starmer reiterated during the call Britain's solidarity with the UAE and condemned the Iranian assaults targeting UAE territory and other nations in the region. He emphasized that these attacks represent a violation of the sovereignty of these nations and pose a threat to the region's security and stability.
Both leaders underscored the importance of ceasing the escalation and working to avoid conflict spillover into the region, in pursuit of safeguarding regional security and stability.
