Twitter announced Sunday that the platform's logo will be changed to a logo with the letter X instead of the blue bird logo.
"And soon we shall bid adieu to the twitter brand and, gradually, all the birds," Twitter CEO Elon Musk said on his official Twitter account.
"If a good enough X logo is posted tonight, well make go live worldwide tomorrow," he added.
A picture with a flashing X inside was published, without indicating further details.
In another context, Elon Musk said on Twitter: "Many accounts on this platform can earn thousands of dollars per month in advertising revenue sharing if they become verified subscribers!"
