Turkish intelligence announces the killing of a female leader in the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in northern Syria

The Turkish intelligence announced the killing of a female leader of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), in a security operation it carried out on the outskirts of the city of Hasakah, northern Syria.

Turkish intelligence stated in a media circular today that / Hijran Egoz / is one of the officials responsible for the so-called armed youth and women's organizations affiliated with the terrorist "PKK" organization in Hasakah, northern Syria, and has an organizational title / Vision Gian /.

Egoz, who joined the Labor Party organization in 2016, participated in training the Syrian youths and minors who joined the organization, and became one of the officials of the armed women and youth formations affiliated with the organization / according to what was stated in the media circular /.

In its circular, Turkish intelligence indicated that Egoz was among the planners of attacks targeting Turkish security forces in the border areas.
