The House Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi and his deputy, Mohsen al-Mandalawi, left the hall and joined the meeting of the head of al-Fatah Alliance, Hadi al-Amiri, and the heads of the coordination framework blocs in the parliament's cafeteria.
