Baghdad The Public Prosecutor Office in the State of Qatar has ordered the imprisonment of Finance Minister Ali Sharif Al-Emadi, on the grounds of suspicions that he committed violations related to the misuse of his position.
The official Qatar News Agency said that the Public Prosecutor had ordered the arrest of the Minister of Finance and held him accountable “for the crimes that were raised in the reports related to the public office, including damage to public funds, abuse of jobs and abuse of power.”
