The Minister Of Justice Concludes His Visit To Morocco By Signing A Memorandum Of Cooperation In The Legal And Justice Fields

The Minister of Justice concluded his official visit to the Kingdom of Morocco, by signing a memorandum of understanding between the Iraqi and Moroccan Ministries of Justice.

Minister Khaled Shwani signed with his Moroccan counterpart Abdel Latif Wehbe a memorandum of cooperation in the legal and justice fields, training and exchanging experiences between the two countries.

In a speech to the media, the minister affirmed Iraq’s aspiration to establish the best relations with brotherly countries, including the Kingdom of Morocco, whose joint efforts culminated in the conclusion of a memorandum of understanding between the two ministries, which represents a first step towards concluding joint bilateral agreements in various fields that concern the two ministries to serve the interests of the two brotherly countries.

For his part, Abdel al-Latif Wehbe expressed his happiness at accepting the invitation to visit the Minister of Justice to the Kingdom and to sign the joint memorandum of cooperation between the two ministries, stressing that Iraq and Morocco are one state of harmony and mutual respect, and that there are steps for cooperation that will enhance the status of the relationship between the two brotherly countries.
