The Border Ports Authority announced today, Thursday, the opening of a passenger reception hall at Safwan border crossing.
The authority said in a statement that it "continues, through high coordination with the governorates' administrations, in order to complete the construction, rehabilitation and development work of infrastructure in a number of border crossings."
It explained that "a number of projects have been completed at Safwan border crossing by the Basra Governorate, including the opening of a passenger reception hall."
