The Chief of Staff of the Army, General Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, chaired today, Tuesday, the first quarterly conference to discuss strategic goals with the NATO mission, which was held at the Army Staff headquarters, in the presence of a number of leaders of the Ministry of Defense, the Commander of the NATO mission, and a large number of Mission Advisors and Director of the Office of Security Cooperation in Iraq.
During the conference, according to a statement by the Ministry of Defense, strategic goals were discussed in order to improve the performance of the Iraqi armed forces in terms of training - management – cybersecurity to develop the capabilities of the army in crisis management.
Views and observations were expressed by the attendees regarding these goals.
The Army Chief of Staff issued a number of observations and directives about everything that came in the decisions of the conference.
