Sirens sounded to warn of Russian airstrikes in several Ukrainian provinces.
According to air raid data from Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation, air raid warnings were in effect in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkov, Sumy and Poltava, as well as in the Ukrainian-controlled parts of the Zaporizhzhia region.
In March, Ukraine's Deputy Chief of Military Intelligence Vadym Skibitskyi said it appeared that the Russian army had changed the targets of the rocket strikes, with recent attacks destroying fuel bases in several regions of Ukraine.
The Russian military operation in Ukraine has entered its second year with no real signs of a way out of the conflict as fundamental differences remain, and positions are still far apart.
