Gaza City: Seven Palestinians, including an entire family, were martyred as a result of Israeli occupation forces’ shelling on Gaza City in the northern Gaza Strip and Khan Younis in the south.
According to Qatar News Agency, the occupation targeted a tent sheltering a family in the Ard Al Shanti area of Gaza City, killing the father, mother, and three children.
In Khan Younis, a person was martyred and others were injured in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the Al Sikka area in the city center. Meanwhile, the body of a martyr was recovered from under the rubble following shelling in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza.
Earlier, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza revealed that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 54,321 martyrs, with 123,770 injured.
