Jerusalem: Israeli settlers on Wednesday stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.
According to Qatar News Agency, Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported that dozens of settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and performed Talmudic rituals under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.
Al-Aqsa Mosque is witnessing ongoing assaults and incursions by settlers and the occupation police, in an attempt to alter its existing religious and historical status and impose Judaization measures upon it.
Settlers also continue their daily incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque through Mughrabi Gate, except on Fridays and Saturdays each week, with the number of intruders increasing and the sanctity of the mosque being violated more severely during Jewish holidays.
