Saudi Stock Market Index Sees Decline Amidst Trading Activity

Riyadh: The main Saudi stock market index ended Sunday with a decrease of 127.15 points, closing at 10,588.83 points. The day's trading was valued at SAR 2.5 billion.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading volume reached 141 million shares. Within the market, 28 companies experienced an increase in their share prices, whereas 232 companies witnessed a decline.

In parallel, the Nomu index, which operates as the Saudi parallel market, also saw a downturn. It concluded the day 108.53 points lower, closing at 23,719.13 points. The trading in the Nomu market was valued at SAR 10 million with a volume exceeding 1 million shares.
