Saudi Stock Index Closes Lower as Trading Volume Reaches SR 3.4 Billion

Riyadh: The main Saudi stock index concluded Monday’s trading session with a decline of 5.75 points, settling at 10,625.50 points. The trading session witnessed a total transaction value of SR 3.4 billion.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading activity involved 161 million shares, with 84 companies experiencing an increase in their share prices, while 167 companies reported a decrease.

In addition, the parallel Saudi stock index (Nomu) also ended the day on a lower note, decreasing by 150.97 points to close at 23,911.47 points. Trading in the Nomu index was valued at SR 19 million, with a total volume of 2 million shares exchanged.
