Beirut: Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held a telephone conversation with his Egyptian counterpart, Badr Abdelatty, to discuss developments in the region.
According to Qatar News Agency, during the call, the two ministers condemned the recent Iranian attacks targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain and the threats facing maritime navigation. They emphasized the importance of intensifying joint efforts to de-escalate tensions and return to the negotiating track in a manner that preserves regional peace and security.
