Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a phone call Wednesday ways to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries.
According to Qatar News Agency, a Kremlin statement said that during the call, the two sides reviewed the situation in Ukraine and efforts to reach a peaceful settlement to the current crisis.
The Kremlin reported that the Russian President discussed with the Indian Prime Minister the details of his expected visit to India next December.
