Doha: Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its air forces targeted military airports and facilities storing missile and artillery weapons, ammunition, and military equipment in Ukraine.
According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement on Thursday, the ministry mentioned that tactical aircraft and drones caused damage to the infrastructure of military airports, missile and artillery weapon storage facilities, as well as military concentrations and equipment belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 144 areas.
Earlier on Thursday, Russian Ministry of Defense accused Ukrainian forces of launching 11 attacks on Russian energy facilities, noting that Kyiv continues to violate the Russian-American agreements regarding cessation of strikes on energy facilities for 30 days, starting March 18.
Russia and Ukraine have been exchanging reports since the beginning of the war, which is entering its third year, confirming mutual defenses against attacks, without verification from independent sources due to the ongoing war and battles since February 24, 2022.
