Ukrainian authorities reported that one person was killed and 10 others were injured in these attacks across several regions in the country.
The attacks have resulted in significant disruptions to electricity, water, and energy supplies, as critical infrastructure was damaged, Ukrainian officials stated. Ukraine's Air Force reported successfully shooting down 123 of the 147 Russian drones launched overnight, showcasing the intensity of the ongoing conflict.
Meanwhile, Russian authorities reported casualties as well, stating that two people were killed and five others were injured in a Ukrainian air attack on the Rostov region. The ongoing exchanges have seen both Russia and Ukraine intensifying cross-border strikes, with both sides focusing on oil facilities, military sites, and vital infrastructure. These strikes have become a near-daily occurrence, though the claims from both sides remain unverified.
