Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from September 14 to 18, 2025, reached QR 369,302,924. Total sales contracts for residential units, as recorded in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period, amounted to QR 24,648,963.
According to Qatar News Agency, the weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale included empty lands, houses, residential buildings, and residential units. The sales were primarily concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Al Daayen, Al Shamal, Umm Slal, Al Khor, and Al Thakhira, as well as in the Lusail 69, Al Kharayej, and Ghar Thuaileb zones.
