Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index concluded Monday's trading session with a rise, increasing by 77 points or 0.73 percent, to settle at 10,609.25 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the day's trading featured an exchange of 237,286,607 shares with a total value of QAR 535,280,001.117, conducted over 20,585 transactions spanning all sectors.
The session saw an upward trend for 36 companies, while 14 companies experienced a decline in their share prices, and three companies ended the day with unchanged prices.
By the close of trading, market capitalization increased to QAR 624,344,269,595.937, up from QAR 618,615,925,294.643 recorded in the previous session.
